My approach to therapy integrates principles of Relational and Jungian psychotherapy, which offer a powerful and holistic approach to mental and emotional healing. We may foster deep transformation by better understanding the ways in which we hinder ourselves and our relationships, and also in uncovering the inherent wisdom of our creative, archetypal Self.
