Individual Counseling

I offer individual counseling to those struggling with anxiety and depression, wrestling with life transitions, seeking to break limiting patterns of behavior, and facing many other life difficulties. I also offer guidance and support to men working through the fertility process.

In-person and online sessions.

50 min : $180/session

Couples Counseling

My approach to couples' counseling is rooted in both emotional communication and exploring what it means to be in relationship (as a partner or spouse), based on expectations and desires of one’s present and past family and cultural experience.

In addition, I offer shared-parenting classes and therapy centered around healthy separation and divorce.

50 min : $180/session

75 min : $220/session

Group Therapy

Group therapy is a unique and often powerful approach to finding greater self awareness and working through relational challenges. I offer several group options Please inquire further for openings and more information.

Groups are 90 minutes and $75/session.

Fertility/Infertility Services:

I work with men at all stages of the fertility process. It is not uncommon to feel lost, helpless, or even ignored when navigating the complex and often overwhelming process of the fertility/infertility journey. Whether facing your own physical struggles to conceive, or seeking to become a better partner during the process, I work to help offer clarity, meaning and practical communication skills to hopeful fathers.

I am also trained to provide Donor Consultations.
