I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor with over ten years of experience working with patients.  I work with individuals and couples struggling with a variety of challenges, including anxiety and depression, grief and loss, healing past trauma, relationship issues, and difficult life transitions. I specialize in helping clients seeking fulfillment and authenticity in their lives, those trying to get themselves “unstuck.”

I am experienced working with men facing difficulties in relationships, including emotional awareness & communication, infertility challenges, and divorce & separation. I also work with those experiencing infertility, pregnancy loss and assisted reproduction (I have received additional training to provide Donor Recipient Consultations).

I am a Candidate with the Inter-Regional Society of Jungian Analysts (IRSJA) in training towards becoming a Certified Jungian psychoanalyst. If helpful, we may work with dreams, sand tray, art, somatic therapy and other creative techniques. This approach emphasizes wholeness and self-acceptance in the development of enriching a symbolic life.

As a long-term practitioner and teacher of Tai-Chi and Chi-Gong, I am also well-versed in the pursuit of mindfulness and stress reduction. I am able to integrate movement, meditation and breathing techniques into our sessions to help reduce anxiety and mitigate panic attacks.

My diverse background allows me to provide a unique and integrative approach to therapy, blending traditional and innovative methods to best support your journey towards healing and self-discovery. Together, we can explore the depths of your psyche, uncover hidden insights, and foster a greater sense of balance and peace in your life. I believe that psychotherapy is a creative and collaborative endeavor.  I strive to work with each individual client and couple to establish therapeutic goals together.

I am also excited to offer Group Counseling to interested clients.  Working in a group setting can offer a uniquely effective therapy experience, providing insight and feedback outside of the traditional client-therapist relationship.

Whether you are struggling with a specific issue or are seeking a deeper sense of fulfillment in life, I encourage you to contact me so we may set up an appointment and speak further.
